Jamie T Announces 2015 Australian Tour
Two-time NME Award winner and Mercury Prize nominee Jamie T returns to our shores this January 2015 for his first Australian tour in almost six years.
With one of the most distinctive voices in music, Jamie T’s edgy, smart, punk-inflected pop has been seducing audiences all over the world for the past 10 years, and no where more than here in Australia. Cementing his place in our hearts with his fiercely original sound, Jamie T has given us a bus load of hits over the journey including ‘Sheila’, ‘If you Got the Money’ and ‘Sticks ‘n’ Stones’.
The Australian tour announcement co-incides with the release of Jamie T’s third and much anticipated new album ‘Carry On The Grudge’. His first album in 5 years and the follow on from 2009’s ‘Kings & Queens’, the record features the first single ‘Don’t You Find’, along with the current hit, the infectious voodoo rock ‘n’ roll inspired ‘Zombie’.
