Set over three days, on the banks of the Goulburn River, at Tropical F*ck Storm’s headquarters deep in central Victoria, Goody Goody Gumdrops is an absurd, comical observation, musical documentary, come live album launch for TFS’s new album Deep States. A virus prevented TFS from coming to your world, so they made a film to bring you to their world!
Follow the band as they prepare for once-in-a-lifetime rock show in their barn!
Referencing the feel of the Australian Western and Australian Gothic film history (thinks Wake In Fright, The Cars That Ate Paris and Picnic at Hanging Rock), viewers travel with the band through their abject, weird and beautiful regional world.
A weekend with TFS that begins in their studio come cocktail lounge. A Rat Pack flavoured performance accompanied with a class of their signature drop, Tropical F*ck Fizz.
Followed by an acoustic performance at dusk on the banks of The Goulburn River, climaxing in a wild, unhinged rock show in the barn!
