Genre Defying Saint Motel Announce Debut Australian Tour

Renowned for a gleeful blend of genres and sonic influence, indie four-piece SAINT MOTEL have finally locked in a debut tour of Australia. Set to bring their energetic live show to East Coast venues this September and October, Saint Motel will also be making their Australian festival debut on the Sapphire Coast, appearing at this year’s anticipated Wanderer Festival.

Saint Motel’s core sound has remained ambitious, stretching back to their debut studio release, 2012’s Voyeur. Since then, the band has expanded their sound – encompassing indie, pop, and funk inflections to bolster the rhythms and warm textures permeating throughout – their latest album, Saint Motel & the Symphony in the Sky perfectly capturing the band’s current creative peak.

The Platinum-selling group have made consistent strides forward with their music, all the while their audiences have grown exponentially: testament to Saint Motel’s insatiable appetite for crafting memorable sounds and moments of songwriting storytelling.

Their music has been streamed and viewed over 2 billion times, while their live shows aren’t without an immersive element – energy that has been hungrily absorbed across countless headline tours and stages shared with the likes of Panic! At The Disco, Imagine Dragons, Arctic Monkeys, Weezer and Twenty One Pilots, just to name a few. Festival favourites, Saint Motel can count successful performances at the likes of Coachella, Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo to their already long list of achievements. And with this long-awaited Australian tour now confirmed and in the can, Saint Motel can add this run of shows to the list.
