Fozzy Local Supports Announced

Splicing the musicianship of 70’s and 80’s metal and the soul catching riffs of bluesy rock with the intensity and “fuck ‘em all” attitude of punk, Dead City Ruins have left crowds across the globe reeling for more. Off the back of a European tour with American heavy weights Skid Row and Ugly Kid Joe, Dead City Ruins will be tearing it up with Fozzy in Melbourne.

Opening in Melbourne is Australia’s toughest female fronted hard rock act. Heaven The Axe is a band that will obliterate your stereos, and will only surpass that by decimating your senses when you see them live.

The Dead Love have been called everything from post-grunge, punk, hard rock, party grunge through to a personal favourite, “surf rock mad dogs”. Call it what you like, but the band have built a reputation for putting on a no nonsense, fuck-off rock show. These guys have been delivering their sweaty mess to venues all over the country, and the next stop is Manning Bar this Saturday night.

Brandishing their own unique style of groove metal infused with melodic synth/programming and accompanied with a driving vocal tone, Dawn Heist are locked in to open for Fozzy in Sydney. With an undeniable edge and vigorous live show, Dawn Heist have the world at their feet and are certainly worth getting to the show early for.

When talking about larger-than-life, trailblazing personalities they don’t get much bigger than Chris Jericho (WWE Champion) and Rich Ward (Stuck Mojo mastermind).

Fozzy continue their love affair with Australia and are stoked to announce two intimate sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney.
