The Beards – New Video ‘All The Bearded Ladies’

In celebration of World Beard Day 2014 (September 6th), The Beards have produced a brand new film clip for their latest single ‘All The Bearded Ladies’.

Following in the footsteps of the band’s previous beard-related pop-rock anthems, ‘All The Bearded Ladies‘ is a beard-related pop-rock anthem, laden with feel-good hooks, stadium guitars, dirty retro synth and soaring vocal harmonies. The track is the lead single from The Beards‘ fourth LP, 2014’s The Beard Album, and comes hot on the heels of their record-breaking Australian Tour.

It’s been five years since Australia’s favourite beard-related novelty band released their first official film clip for the classic track ‘If Your Dad Doesn’t Have a Beard You’ve Got Two Mums‘. Since then, The Beards‘ Youtube channel has amassed over 5 million views, and has played a significant role in the band’s global cult following. The new film clip promises to continue this tradition, once again showcasing The Beards’ trademark dark humour and irresistible sense of fun.

“Obviously, we’ve had a lot of success convincing men everywhere to grow beards” points out Beards‘ frontman Johann Beardraven. “And with the release of this new video, we’re expecting to see a lot more women making the decision to grow a beard, which will not only mean lots more beards around, but will also potentially double our audience!”
