Shark Bar & Yours & Owls Partner To Bring Live Music To Manly

Yours and Owls continue to grow their venue booking portfolio by announcing a new partnership with the team behind Manly’s iconic home of good times and great music, Shark Bar!

“We are stoked to be bringing high-quality live music to the Northern Beaches and can’t think of a better way to achieve that than with the Yours & Owls team,” says venue manager Henry Cockerton. “I’m sure all the locals are just as excited as we are to see some awesome bands come through Shark Bar this Summer and into next year!”

Shark Bar is a 300-capacity room located within the four-floor building of the New Brighton Hotel on Manly’s famed Corso.

Kicking off in December with Shark Bar Saturdays, an ongoing, weekly FREE event featuring some of Australia’s brightest emerging acts, including the likes of Sesame Girl, Chris Lanzon, Dante Knows, Slim Jimz, Seaside + more. The venue will also play host to touring artists & bands from 2024, as Y&O routes ticketed tours through the Manly doors, with an aim to run 2-3 shows per week, bringing more live music to the Northern Beaches than ever before! First up, Grinspoon frontman and Aus music legend Phil Jamieson is playing a solo show this January!

“We are excited to partner with Shark Bar to enhance the live music options to people on the Northern Beaches,” says Yours and Owls Co-Founder Ben Tillman. “We are looking forward to expanding the options for local, national and international touring acts to play venues outside of the city and inner city when they are considering Sydney dates within their tour plans.”
