Dan Sultan New Single “Needing Love”
Adored singer-songwriter Dan Sultan returns today with moving new single ‘Needing Love’. The single comes off the back a stellar performance at the AFL’s annual Dreamtime at the ‘G’, to a crowd of more than 90,000 at Melbourne Cricket Ground.
‘Needing Love’ was co-written, produced and recorded with the legendry UK songwriter and producer Guy Chambers (Robbie Williams, Kylie Minogue, Mark Ronson) and mastered at the iconic Abbey Road Studios in London. The track radiates soul, with Dan’s signature raw vocal power soaring over gospel piano chords and layered choir harmonies.

This month, Dan Sultan will head to London to join Guy Chambers at his intimate Voices with Guy Chambers concert series, on 24 June. He is also will embark on a special run of intimate regional headline shows, with performances in Springwood and Milton, as well as headlining Blak Day Out in Brisbane next month.
Earlier this year, Dan released Live at Tubowgule (Sydney Opera House), a live album of his monumental 2025 performance at one of Australia’s most iconic settings. The album debuted in the Top 10 on both the ARIA Australian Album Chart and ARIA Vinyl Chart.
‘Needing Love’ marks the start of a new chapter for Dan Sultan, with more new music to come this year.
