Not On Your Rider Announce 2022 Show Schedule

Four shows at its spiritual homeland, The Triffid, and two mammoth nights at The Fortitude Music Hall from May through to the annual Christmas extravaganza in December!

Join Australia’s crispest game show king, Quizmaster Aimon Clark (Isolation Trivia, The Creases), as he guides you and the NOYR teams through an adventure of trivia, laughs, skits and toe-curling stories from the deep dark depths of Australian showbiz! Reigniting their legendary rivalry, team leaders Patience Hodgson (The Grates) and Jeremy Neale (Velociraptor) are packing their pop culture backpacks with knowledge fuelled ammunition in preparation for another round of brainiac battles!

Onstage teams include a rotating selection of guests from all corners of the entertainment industry who spill the beans on the glitz and glamour, offload their favourite jokes, breakout into spontaneous performances and hilarious skits, in-between battling for the win!

Kicking off the 2022 season, Thursday, May 26^th, will be special guests Ben Lee, Shad Wicka, Jen Boyce (Ball Park Music) and Ben Ely (Regurgitator).

Past guests have included members of Powderfinger, Ball Park Music, Violent Soho, The Jungle Giants, Dune Rats, DZ Deathrays, The Kite String Tangle, Butterfingers, Last Dinosaurs, Hatchie, Washington, Stephen Bradbury, Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickinson, and comedians Nicky Cody, Gen Fricker, Reuben Kaye and Mel Buttle to name drop a few!

Not On Your Rider is a participatory adventure, it’s like watching your favourite panel show; but instead of yelling your answers at the TV, you can win prizes! You score extra points if the team on stage, on your side of the room, gets things right. Secure your table, gather your team, and be a part of this iconic trivia game show! Players can be as competitive as they like, or sit back, relax, enjoy the show and cheer on your side.

About Not On Your Rider

Created by Aimon Clark in 2019, Not On Your Rider began as a monthly trivia night at The Triffid in Brisbane, with the intent of combining a panel show and trivia night – where the audience gets to play along too – that would showcase and celebrate the current crop of Australian artists. After a bumper debut year, in came COVID.

Not willing to be derailed from his dream to be Australia’s #1 Quizmaster, Aimon started a Facebook page called ‘Isolation Trivia’ where he would run regular trivia streams. His clever questions and quirky personality earned the stream a cult following. What started as 30 regular live viewers climbed to 2.4k+ in a matter of weeks and the page attracted over 18k likes. Isolation Trivia created a solid and loyal fanbase across the country and world.

In 2022, Not On Your Rider returns to the real world!
