One of the most iconic bands of the US Thrash Metal movement, Nuclear Assault, will be coming to Australia for their first and last time in February 2017.
With a 30 year legacy behind them, Nuclear Assault are hanging up their instruments. This is your one and only chance to see them in Australia, they won’t be coming back!
Local supports for each show can now be revealed.
In Melbourne, Hidden Intent will open the show with their mix of old school thrash meets groove with blackened thrash elements. The Adelaide trio unashamedly wear the 80’s on their denim sleeves!
Home town hammers, Desecrator will no doubt receive a heroes welcome when they pummel the crowd into submission with their twin axe attack, punishing rhythms and on point thrash vocals. Uniting the old guard and recruiting the new, the four piece stay grounded in the roots of thrash while branching into modern territory. The best of both worlds
Brisbane fans will be transported back to the golden age of thrash via Gold Coast bangers Deraign who’s precise riffage, unbridled energy and white high-tops embrace the true essence of the era.
Hidden Intent will be making the journey north to deliver another powerful set of neck snappin’ blackened thrash.
As will Elm Street Melbourne’s ultimate metal warriors delivered a world class album in the shape of Knock Em Out..With A Metal Fist earlier this year and that’s exactly what will happen if you’re standing in front of these guys when they take the stage. A more true heavy metal band, you cannot find.
In Sydney, Murderworld will open proceedings with their patented Aggressive Thrash Experience. Perfect for those who like to headbang to the sounds of a psycho screaming over a chainsaw!
With two shows under their bullet belts, Hidden Intent will be primed to deliver a killer set to the Manning Bar crowd, leaving them exhausted but with just enough energy for the final Nuclear Assault!
